For this reason, in most cases when you have ordered a large item, we will not capture your payment until we have contacted you and confirmed your purchase. Refunds: Upon receiving and assessing your return, we'll notify you about the refund. If approved, you'll receive the refund within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies might take 3-5 more days. If there's a delay beyond 15 business days, contact us.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 30% administration fee if the order has been removed from stock and prepared for shipping. If shipped, you'll bear both original and return shipping costs as well as the 30% administration fee.
