• All local rules, including homeowners' association guidelines, allow the product.
• The product will arrive in time for any specific event or requirement, and that assembly can be managed.

Please note: We do recommend services for assembly if you do not have one yourself.

By meticulously following these steps, we aim for every delivery to be just right, negating any need for returns. For this reason, in most cases when you have ordered a large item, we will not capture your payment until we have contacted you and confirmed your purchase. Charges for Returns: Returns unrelated to defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item will incur return shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee.

Damages and Defects: If your item arrives damaged, inspect it before signing off on delivery. Report any issues within 7 days with supporting images to support@tandjhometrends.com. Any reports after 7 days will not be accepted.

Items Exempt from Returns: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

Sale Items: Items on sale are non-returnable.

Exchanges and Replacements: For exchanges, follow the return process and then place a new order.

Refunds: Upon receiving and assessing your return, we'll notify you about the refund. If approved, you'll receive the refund within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies might take 3-5 more days. If there's a delay beyond 15 business days, contact us.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 30% administration fee if the order has been removed from stock and prepared for shipping. If shipped, you'll bear both original and return shipping costs as well as the 30% administration fee.
