Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt for any reason except carrier damage, defects, or if the wrong item was sent.

Please note: We do recommend services for assembly if you do not have one yourself.

For this reason, in most cases when you have ordered a large item, we will not capture your payment until we have contacted you and confirmed your purchase. Damages and Defects: If your item arrives damaged, inspect it before signing off on delivery. Report any issues within 7 days with supporting images to support@tandjhometrends.com. Any reports after 7 days will not be accepted.

Items Exempt from Returns: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

Sale Items: Items on sale are non-returnable.

Exchanges and Replacements: For exchanges, follow the return process and then place a new order.

Refunds: Upon receiving and assessing your return, we'll notify you about the refund. If approved, you'll receive the refund within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies might take 3-5 more days. If there's a delay beyond 15 business days, contact us.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 30% administration fee if the order has been removed from stock and prepared for shipping. If shipped, you'll bear both original and return shipping costs as well as the 30% administration fee.
